I am an MPhil International Relations candidate (2022–2024) at Oxford University and St Peter’s College. I am broadly interested in strategic interactions in International Relations. I am a research assistant at the University of Hong Kong, and a Deputy Students Editor at the open-access website E-International Relations. I am a freelance journalist and have written for The Diplomat and Hong Kong Free Press. Prior to joining Oxford, I studied journalism, and politics & public administration at the University of Hong Kong.
